Another good friend just texted to say he has dialled in. Actually, his exact words in the text ‘I fucking love you!!!’

My relationship with my girlfriend has been interesting since I opened my 3rd eye. I had been telling her about Paul’s conspiracy theorem mania and visual experiences… and then I broke it to her that I’d started to do it too. She was freaked out that I’d been doing it in her bed when she was asleep. She was also extremely skeptical. She’s a final year medical student, about to be a doctor. She has a study partner who is supposedly ‘the cleverest guy in the year’ and she confided in him what I’d told her about the planets and what not. He said (I imagine in an extremely pompous young tory annoying voice) ‘Ohhh he hasn’t reactivated any dormant gland. He’s just having lucid dreams’ She actually rang me to tell me this on a thursday morning (it really sticks in my craw) to repeat what he’d said. ‘So, I don’t mind you talking about this but all that’s happening is you are having lucid dreams.’ Fuck him, I thought, and fuck you. I secretly seethed for a day or two but vowed to change their minds. Actually, I sort of had a little giggle because I knew full well they were going to find out the truth sooner or later.

Back at work and on the internet I was confronted with this quote by John Locke, he of all that enlightment gear. It was: ‘New opinions are always suspected, and usually opposed, without any other reason but because they are not already common.’

I found an article on the New Scientist website that afternoon, a 2007 chinese study that measured heightened activity in the pineal gland during religious mediatation. I signed up to the New Scientist subscription so that I could download the article and send to them both. My girlfriend is now coming round and get this: she’s amazed by my new found vigour for life, the fantastic opportunities opening up and strokes of luck and (and this is a little embarrassing) my consideration and care over housework and cooking and shopping. Apparently I’m like I’m a new man. Still a cheeky fuck and occasionally moody the day after drinking a lot, but otherwise pretty damn sparkly.

And… since the first morning after opening it I have felt utterly compelled to eat loads of fresh fruit – and eat no processed foods. I’ve been cooking amazing tasty healthy meals and ramming down loads of fruit: bananas, mango, melon, apples, grapefruit. So that’s 3 weeks of eating really well and loads of fruit and I feel great. A real spring in my step. No shit. At one point in December I was going to McDonalds or KFC or the west cornish pasty factory for ‘travel treats’ as I called it when nipping through the tube system as an in-between meal. I felt rotten and got really ill the first week of Jan.

I seem to have more physical grace. If I decide to run up a set of stairs on the tube, my penial gland vibrates and I engage my legs and whoosh! Up there with grace and fluidity.

As an aside, I once spent an evening with David Icke just months before he went mental and plunged into his turquoise I’m the messiah phase. My mum ran for the green party in Harrogate and David was one of their 5 main speakers at the time. My mum had organised for me to go to the Crucible theatre in Sheffield during the world snooker quarter-finals (I was a snooker obsessed.) I was probably 13 or so and I got to see 2 sessions and all my favourite players: Jimmy White, Steve Davis, Dennis Taylor, Stephen Hendry. After the snooker I met David and we had a driver to take us to the Harrogate Assembly rooms where the speech was. I was able to quiz him about the snooker players it was a total dream come true. My mum recalls he gave a rousing speech and was a lovely, gentle man.

Strangely, I was stood outside his house over summer. He’s lived on the isle of wight for the last 30 years or so. Over summer I reconnected with my biological Dad who I had never really known (my gay dad, who lived his last 8 years in thailand, who married my mum when I was one) and he lives in Sandown. Whilst reconnecting with my dad, on a fast-forward-friends catch up 3 day drink and drugs bender where I learned way more about the Isle of Wight underworld than I ever needed to, we walked past it and he pointed it out. David is now the world authority on conspiracy theories and recently sold out Brixton Academy. His website has millions of followers. In a recent interview he renounced all messiah stuff saying that he knew what he was saying at the time (embarrassingly for him on the nation’s biggest show at the time, Wogan) was wrong, but he couldn’t help it coming our of his mouth. Have a look at this clip featuring David Icke http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBJKCz6Xhzs. David Icke quotes American comedian, who died aged 31, Bill Hicks a lot…

Coincidentally (a coincidence? Really?) I read a brilliant Bill Hicks book last year – I don’t know how it came into my life – scripts ands transcripts of his sets over the years. My god, but did he speak the TRUTH. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dl_dJxEj0Lo

‘we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There’s no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we’re the imagination of ourselves.’

This email just got interrupted by a Skype from Thailand from my friend Paul. He’s gone there to to buy some land and build some houses so we can stay whenever we want. He’s just very luckily got £50k out of what we were convinced was a Ponzi scheme – he actually made £15k. They were delaying paying him for months and months and he concocted a fantastical story about how he was going to immediately put it back in after owning some silver bullion for a week. They bought it, he got the money back and some of his promised profit. We reckon they just found new investors. I can’t believe he fell for that so soon after Bernie Madoff. And then – he did buy some silver – and made another £35k. So it’s off to Thailand he goes with over a hundred grand in the bank and his interests ticking over in the pub-model-flat set up.

A further note about synchronicity. When I looked it up to discover it was noticed and named by Carl Jung, further down the page it mentions the books that has featured the theory – and 2 out of the 3 books were absolute favourites of mine – Douglas Adam’s Dirk Gently series (read these two so many times after devouring every last word of the Hitch Hiker’s increasingly inaccurately named trilogy) and The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield – a book my mum gave me a few years ago.

Appendix I

The Physiological Importance of the Pineal Gland

During the late 1990’s in England, a scientist by the name of Jennifer Luke undertook the first study the effects of sodium fluoride on the pineal gland. She determined that the pineal gland, located in the middle of the brain, was a target for fluoride. The pineal gland simply absorbed more fluoride than any other physical matter in the body, even bones.

Because of the pineal gland’s importance to the endocrine system, her conclusions were a breakthrough. Her study provided the missing link to a lot of physiological damage from sodium fluoride that had been hypothesized but not positively connected. A veritable root source for the chain reaction of blocked endocrine activity had been isolated.

Good news though. Frequent exposure to outdoor sunshine, 20 minutes or so at a time, will help stimulate a fluoride calcified pineal gland. Just make sure you take off your hat. This is more important than most realize, because the pineal gland affects so much other enzyme and endocrine activity, including melatonin production.

Connecting the Pineal Gland to This 2012 Matter

The Pineal Gland is considered a portal to the inner or higher self by yogi masters, including Paramahansa Yogananda, author ofAutobiography of a Yogi. Psychics consider it to be the link for inter dimensional experiences. It is associated with what many call the third eye or sixth chakra, which is a doorway to higher consciousness and bliss.

And it is vital for supporting intuition, an ability that will be needed during hard times. So it is necessary to evolve spiritually in order to help create better understanding, acceptance of our fellow humans, and easier group cooperation. Meditation is a part of this evolving. That and a little sunshine, good rest and food, can cause a calcified pineal gland to loosen up and allow that portal to open.

An unusual psychiatrist, professor of medicine at University of New Mexico, and practicing Buddhist, Dr. Rick Strassman, MD, has written a book based on actual human studies of people under the psychedelic drug, DMT, titledDMT, The Spirit Molecule. He has discovered, among other things, that the pineal gland is a source of DMT production during birth and at death, and during near death or mystical experiences. This chemical approach corroborates the idea of the pineal gland as a portal, where the spirit passes through to other dimensions, either entering this physical realm or leaving it.

South American and Central American shamans use Ayahuasca, an herbal potion that stimulates DMT for psychological healing and spiritual initiation ceremonies. They have expanded their ceremonies with Ayahuasca by traveling throughout the world or opening their local facilities to non natives. They are doing this urgently in anticipation of 2012. Their desire is to jump start and expand individuals’ consciousness so the transition of consciousness will be facilitated and incorporate as many as possible.

This information is meant to link the physical realm’s pineal gland to higher states of awareness and other realms. The point is not to advocate or discourage psychedelic drug use, but to encourage health, meditation and spiritual growth by maintaining a fluoride free pineal gland. 2012 is approaching.
